Claude Gerald v Attorney-General

Successfully resisted appeals against a constitutional claim at the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council, concerning the right to free speech.

Providence Estate Limited v Registrar of Companies

Successfully struck out fraud and negligence claims against various government actors across fifteen different claims filed in respect of misappropriated lands.

The Attorney-General of Montserrat v JE Galloway Construction Company Limited

Successfully obtained the setting aside of a significant arbitration award made in London against the Government of Montserrat, following several years of arbitration of a dispute with the contractor responsible for works at the proposed new capital.

The Attorney-General v Bertrand Burke et al.

Successfully obtained judgment for breach of contract against ferry agents who misappropriated ticket monies, based on accounting evidence.
